Today, Ferguson Marine welcomes Graeme Thomson as he officially takes up the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Graeme joins Ferguson Marine with over 20 years’ experience across the shipbuilding, construction and energy sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the delivery of complex and high-value programmes, overseen major operational improvements and delivered workforce expansion projects. His expertise and leadership will be vital as Ferguson Marine continues its journey towards a sustainable and successful future.

Over the coming months, Graeme will spend time getting to know his new colleagues across the business, meeting important stakeholders and working closely with the Board to support the delivery of the 10-year strategy. His focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding the opportunities and challenges ahead, and shaping a clear plan for the future.
